- Broccoli - 250 gm.
- Cauliflower - 250 gm. (cut into floret)
- Crème fraiche of hung curd - 100 gm.
- Cheddar cheese - 50 gm. (grated extra)
- Chives - a small bunch (Chopped)
- Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until just tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Mix the cream fraiche or hung curd, Cheese and chives and toss with the vegetable.
- Pile into 2 small over proof dishes and top with a handful more cheese.
